    Relapse... now what?
    So 2016 isn't starting so good for me I relapsed after 4 whole years!! I am so disappointed in myself. So now what should I do? Haven't felt this lost in hearts!Help me please.

    Just because you fell off the wagon doesn't mean you don't try to get back on it. What's stopping you?

    I stopped the "binge" as of today. I guess I used my addiction as a cruch again. Things are not going so well in my life right now so I used behind it. I should definitely go to a meeting though right?

    Right! AA and NA have some great parties during the holiday's. Thought you knew. Did you also forget to call your sponsor BEFORE you use?
