Loneliness at night/extreme depression
So recently in the middle of the night when I'm alone I get extremely lonely to the point where this big depression hits me knowing that I'm going to be up alone through out the night.. now
A lot happened recently like my sister I was really close to got married and moved far away my mother passed away and I moved away with my (other) sister from my father for specific reasons and now it's just me and my other sister and she sleeps in another room and I have a boyfriend that I talk to at night over the phone but he usually sleeps and hangs up
But yeah in the night once he hangs up and my sisters sleeping depression hits me extremely hard I have the urge to cry and then I try to keep myself busy by watching videos or something to ignore the loneliness which literally keeps me up allnight I stay up by trying to watch videos and ignore my loneliness
I'm wondering why this is happening.. It keeps me up and it's not normal I have heart ache and depression from being alone is it because of all the stuff that happened with my family or is it a disorder is it something I should worry about? I know it sounds insane but I feel horrible at night alone

No it's not insane at all, as you may be grieving your losses, not just of your mom passing (Sorry for your loss), and the sister you were close to leaving to get married, but of having to move from your home, and away from friends also.
How old are you? How long have you been living with your sister? What do you do during the day? While it's not unusual to need time for adjustments to new surroundings, there may be a few other things at play that come together at night for you, causing fear and insecurity.
Maybe your mom's passing and the change in where and who you live with is overwhelming you but without more specifics this appears to be a combination of things to deal with and adjust to. Do you still have contact with your sister that you are close too, or any close friends besides your boyfriend? Do you have a family doctor?

I have a family docter yes.. But it's just the depression I feel at night that's getting to me and it stays with me even when I try to sleep
And I can't sleep from it and I've been living with my other sister for afew months now I suppose it could be because I had a full family put together before that were always around me I used to share a room with my closer sister but then she got married mom passed and I didn't like my father so I moved away from him with my other sister that I wasn't really too close to but I'm getting closer to her I suppose I never had my own room eatheir I used to share with my closer sister and I'm not used to having no one at night because me and my sister would always stay up allnight as I have a bad habit of doing that.. There are a lot of stressful things I think about at night that are stressing me and certain fears about my future that play a big part in my anxiety.. And when night comes I'm alone so I think of all those things and I think about the family I used to have and I don't have much friends because I'm in no need of them.. Truthfully I have a boyfriend that I've been with for 2 years and he's all I need but I do talk to him about everything and he helps and has been their through so much but it's just certain things like this he cannot help.. I feel this way at night and I can't help it..

How old are you? What do you do during the day?
I would hope you would be open to a little help from the outside, it's difficult on your own be it a warming herb tea to help you sleep, or a mild sleep aid at night or something for the anxiety for a while under direction of your family doctor. At least be willing to listen to a few suggestions before you dismiss them as unneeded.
I don't have much friends because I'm in no need of them..
A friend besides your boyfriend would just be another way to not be alone, or isolated. A place to turn... like this site, but with a friend and not strangers.

I too can get very depressed in the night. I get up INSTANTLY - out of bed, out of the room! I get on my computer and turn on the TV and get something to drink.
Many times fatigue hits and I go right back to bed, but if I can't fall asleep within about 3 minutes, I get up again.
I'm retired, so don't have to get a good night's sleep by a certain hour.
PLEASE tell us how old you are. Also what you do during the day.
