We recently (as in last week) purchased a cabin equipped with a Day and Night forced air furnace. The fan for the furnace seems to take an awful long time to come on after the burner assembly ignites, and, similarly, the fan takes an awful long time to turn off after the furnace is turned off. ...

Is it better to leave the fan set to auto or always on, especially during extreme cold conditions when furnace is kicking on much more often? The furnace is 3 years old.

I have a series 100 carrier gas furnace (15 yrs old) I reset the limit switch, turn the power back on at the furnace. It starts up fine and the burners come on for about 15 minutes or so then the limit switch pops out and the fan keeps blowing out cold air. There is a slow dripping of water on...
