Unlevel concrete slab for Hot Tub
The concrete 7'x7' concrete slab slopes and has waves in it. How can I fix this so I can put my hot tub on it?

Build a platform to compensate for the unleveled concrete foundation for the hot tub. It could be concrete or whatever material you like.

I do t think concrete over concrete works because of the curing time. The new concrete won't cure. But a hardwood platform may work, like mahogany. You didn't use a level? Wait for more qualified suggestions from our experts.

This seems to be the easiest solution,

    And there is this,

How to Pour a Leveling Layer of Concrete Over the Existing Uneven Old Concrete Floor | eHow

Leveling/repairing concrete slabs is done all the time. Preparing the old slab is the key.

I think this is what Tickle is alluding too.

However you have so many options it comes down to your own personal taste and pocket book.

Others are bound to come along with their own ideas.

What about building a form around and level at top and pour pea gravel on top of concrete? Do you think this would work?
