Yes, have sex again. Some sperm may live several days, but many only a few.

If you are trying to become pregnant, frequent sex throughout your cycle... every 2-3 days at least, will help cover your timing.

If you've been tracking to know when you are most likely to be ovulating, it is wise to start having sex several days before suspected ovulation through a couple of days after as this can cover a bit in case your days were slightly off.

Remember, timing is only part of it....there are a number of factors that contribute to pregnancy, so try not to get discouraged if it takes time. Most couples will become pregnant within a year of actively trying.

The sex from three days ago could result in pregnancy, but if you believe that you are ovulating today, and want to increase your chances of becoming pregnant, have sex again today.

Tracking your cycle is NOT the same as tracking when you ovulate. TO know when you ovulate you MUST either take a form of medical tests or keep a long term Basal temperature chart.

You could put 10 women in a room and 8 of them might ovulate on a different day of their cycle... and even that is subject to deviation from month to month long term..
