    What are documentation procedures to meet a venture capital regarding investment for a web service project means a bridging between advertisers & publishers.

    This is like asking us how to build a house. You need far too much information, and are going to have to get it from various sources, AFTER you research some venture capitalists, and choose one to apply to. You are also expecting some sort of forms to fill out, 'documentation procedures.' It doesn't work that way. You put together your own business plan, your qualifications, and your defense of why your plan will be profitable, and throw in a lot of ambition and drive.
