    Maybe a menopause?
    Hello ma'am, I'm already 46 yrs old. I'm bleeding for quite a month now. What could possibly wrong?

    Perimenopause is just one possibility. Another common one is polyps.You'll need to see your gynecologist for an exam. An ultrasound would likely be done as well since there can be several possible reasons for irregular bleeding.
