    Alternate Measures
    I received alternate measeures 2 months ago. Now I am applying for new job which requires criminal record check. I was not convicted but charge. Will the criminal record come clear or not?

    Where you are, and the terms of the offender program.

    In the offender program you normally consider pleading guilty, but the charges will be dropped if you complete the program properly.

    If you do not complete the program, you will be treated as if guilty and convicted.

    In many places it will show up on a background check, until you complete the program.
