Thickened endometrium causing severe dysmenorrhea with solid and heavy bleeding
I am 28 years old. In my trans v result, I have thickened endometrium with retroverted uterus. I am still single. I experienced a month of solid bleeding with severe dysmenorrhea. The doctor prescribed primolut, 30 tablets for ten days. On the fifth day, my mens was gone. But still I feel the severe pain. After the last tablet I waited another 3-4days to have menstruation again and go back to my ob gyn. She prescribed gynera pills, I have no period now but still I feel severe dysmenorrhea everyday. Please. Help I am begging
