    What will happen
    I have four yrs left on probation and I have not paid my restitution and now my probation officer is going to take me back to court what can happen?

    You can go back to jail and finish out your term.

    You can be put n jail up to the 4 years that you have on probation. They can set up a garnishment of your pay, if you are working. You will need to have a good reason why you are not paying.

    I would have an attorney with me at the hearing
