    I have always used Imodium, but my home-visiting nurse last year told me that Pepto-Bismol is kinder to your insides and just as effective. Follow the directions on the bottle. And you just might want to talk with your doctor about the diarrhea if it's ongoing.

Took Next Choice 5 days ago & for 3 days I've been having horrible diareah! I read the box for side affects and never found anything that said it can cause that.. Think it could be from the pill? Like my hormones all out of wack? Any help would be great, thanks
