    ETG test today, had a single beer on Saturday
    I have to report in for a drug test today because I am on house arrest and they say they test for alcohol in these test but I don't know for sure. Saturday I had a single dos XX beer at about 2:30 pm. I've Worked out since and will again today before my test. But I am curious as to if my single beer will show up on the ETG test? Please help, I'm terrified of going to jail

    You should be okay depending on what's the allowable level of passing is, but why does a guy under house arrest even drink a beer knowing a test is coming? Come on let me in on the thinking here, because the stress level doesn't seem worth one beer, and weren't you terrified while you were drinking that one beer?

    Is this your first test or what? I just really need to know the whole story guy so please tell me?

    Went out to eat on my free time and had it with a my meal. And no not my first test, it's about my 6th. But I didn't think I would be tested today so I figured I would more than safe

    Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it greatly. Now relax, and wait for the results and know likely you will never know unless you catastrophically fail, but to relieve any future stress be aware of the rules and expectations of your house arrest and take them seriously enough to NEVER assume you are safe until you have actually gotten through your probation.

    Sadly most who slip, and get away with it, never think that they have to buckle down and give their best, and that is a sure recipe for future failure. Indeed the time to be terrified of consequences is before you do the action that gets you the time, and avoid the stress of what if, and maybe.

    Assuming that a condition of house arrest is sobriety (i.e.: no alcohol, as well as no drugs), it's not working. OP seems to think that he only has to avoid failing the test, as opposed to avoiding alcohol at all times. That's not the idea.

    Also, what if the authorities decide on a random test; not just scheduled ones? That answer is that Steve is asking for trouble.
