    Mostly no, but check with your state office.
    People are being hired in increasing numbers every month for the past several months, so don't count on it.

    Don't know where you live or prior occupation but almost every store near me-Atlanta area- has a help wanted sign. Have you been looking every day? Tried a temp labor service?
