    Talk to your homeowners insurance agent. That question is a Catch 22. "Inexpensive insurance and pit bull"

    You will have to discuss this with your insurance agent, some companies will cover, over cover at an additional cost, others will exclude the dog.

    Talk to the local humane society if they know of a association that offers liability coverage also.
