Hi, I am filling form N600 for my son and I qualify for the fee waiver. My question is do I need to submit the application to waive fees for form N600 along with proofs first, then submit my n600 once I receive a notice saying they approved my waiver?

    Hi,

You file the I-912 concurrently with the underlying substantive form (N-600). Good luck and have a great Thanksgiving.
