    Mortgage Holder
    How do I find the mortgage holder of a particular property. I have located the county tax assessors ID # of the property.

    You go to the county where the property is located, you go to the register of deeds and look to see who has a mortgage filed on the property. Or you hire research or title companies to do the search for you.
