    Is this a scam?
    My agent said that BTA money need to be sent to my penpal as soon as possible, and they said the BTA money is $2500.00 USD.."...I have got a messege with such text. What mean Basic Travelling Allowance? And How I can know..Is it wrong for me or not.?
    It was a penpal on the internet...and through video with man.

    I assume you mean they need money to come see you, but don't send it. Tell them you are broke, and be ready for your penpal to stop being your penpal. This sounds very much like a standard online scam. Have you sent them money before?
