    Sleep number bed not working
I raised the head of the bed and was watching TV, when I went to lower the head of the bed it would not go down. I have changed the batteries in both the remote and another box under the bed which contains two 9 volt batteries and still the head of the bed will not come down. I do not know what to do at this point can someone make a suggestion. The electric on the surge is on and the plugs to the bed are plugged in. I am at the end of ideas. The bed is now stuck up in and I still have to go to sleep tonight. I need help, please.
