    168 hours? Yeah, you'll pass. You might want to consider not taking chances in the future because eventually you will get caught.

    No not on probation or anything. 20 years ago I got a DWI and now to get drivers license back I have to take this test. Now failing won't keep me from it, it will just put me into an OASAS program for a month or so. NY state is amusing. I've lived in nyc for last 15 yrs hence why I never tried to get my license.

    Its only a one time thing. New law NY state implemented 2 years ago.

    Ok so I posted that night before I went out Saturday. If I took test 144 hours later same chances I pass?
