Last month I had my periods on the 15th which is my regular menstrual date however on the 29th in again went on my periods which I think was due to stress that I have been experiencing. This month on the 15th I had periods pains but nothing came out... I have been feeling bloated and constipated and I can barely keep my eyes open during the day. I also have increased vaginal discharge. Could this mean that am pregnant or is that a change of menstrual cycle because I went on my periods twice last month?

It would be unusual to have another period in the same month unless you had very short cycles. Normally you would only ovulate once a month, so you would only have one period.

It could have been an off cycle, or it's possible that what you thought was a period on the 29th was actually some bleeding in early pregnancy. If pregnancy is a possibility that would be something to consider and test for.

You could test now, or wait and see if you have a period for July and test at that time if no period.

Stress can cause many temp changes to your body. This is the most likely issue here. But of course, if you were having sex, pregnancy is always an option also.

Wait about 2 week late and take a pregnancy test, if no period yet.
