Poutine is Canadian. I am in Canada, but I'm much better at making spaetzle, bratwurst, blaukruat, etc.

But poutine, if it's made right, is the bom diggity. Sooooo good, and sooooo bad for you. Love it!

Grilled bratwurst? and toasted marshmallows? I called my brother near Rochester NY to send me some of western NY's white hots. I'll eat bratwurst until the hots arrive. Spaetzle would be nice too.

I was doing an Alty. And had only responded to your wondering about no one reading your signature, and Bob's your uncle, a new thread got started.

Are we really calling the hijacking of a thread an "Alty"? That's a bit sad. I didn't start it. I'm sure it happened long before I cam along. Sigh.

Smoothy, you must have poutine. French fries with cheese, covered in gravy. What's not to love about that? When I was pregnant with Jared I was still working in insurance. Our building was downtown, and attached to a large mall. In the food court they had a place that specialized in poutine. Best poutine ever, and I've had it in many different places. Just talking about it makes me salivate. Soooo good.

Every day I told myself I wouldn't get poutine, because it's really not healthy. Every day I'd lose the battle. That Poutine is very likely the reason I gained 80 pounds with my pregnancy with Jared. But it was so worth it.

Damn, now I want poutine. :(

You used to be good at it, but have calmed down a lot and now stay on topic. I responded to you when I shouldn't have and then went off on a tangent. See how easily I/we went from your signature to poutine? That shows we aren't boring.

You have to try it J, it's that good, if done right. It need the right fries, right cheese curds, and the right gravy, and then it's heaven. Even without the exact right ingredients it's pretty good, but to truly enjoy it you need the exact right ingredients, like anything else.

Okay, can we stop talking about poutine, because I'm seriously drooling here. :(

Tomber, I saw Roulade (which they spelled wrong, it's Rouladen but who's judging?) and now I'm seriously drooling.

I make wicked Rouladen. Very very good, if I do say so myself. :)

Und Goulash auch? Mein lieber Gott. Himmlisch!

See, just talking German food makes me start talking in German. :)
