    How to troubleshoot . While moving thermostat wire from one location to another wires touched & arced. Now no power?
    Circuit breaker & thermostat (honeywell 2 wire) check OK

    Look for blown fuses, and other reset switches (not the main breakers)... not just on the thermostat... but on the control unit as well.
