Hair steamer on wet or dry hair
I've heard most people say that the hair steamer should be used without a cap which makes since to me. However, I don't know whether one should steam the hair while dry before shampooing by just putting some conditioner on dry hair then going under the steamer. Or should the hair be shampooed first, before going under the steamer?

Hello help please, I am trying to educate myself on hair steamer, I heard it is really good for dry curly hair and scalp to lock in moisture, is this true? I don't know where to get one and what brand? How much does it run? Thanks a bunch.
