I would like to grow my hair out longer... My hair is too short for my liking... anyone have any ideas to help me grow it out?
It is a little past my shoulders. :-)

Time, hair grows a certain rate depending on the person, so you wait, just wait and it will grow

YOU don't cut it and it will get longer. That takes time.

You can always buy and wear a wig if you can't wait.

There is nothing you can do except stop cutting it and let nature take it's course. It will grow longer.
