    Two kids movies from the 80's help please
    Okay, two movies very Disney-esq if they weren't.

    1) A young boy 10/11 yrs of age with a magic T-Shirt with a tigers head on it. The T-Shirt gives the boy special powers (running faster, being stronger etc.) The T-Shirt is stolen and he has to get it back, I think. In the end it's the school sports day and he has the T-Shirt on but half way round the running track it fails and he has to use his own speed and ability to win the race.


    2) An eskimo boy is found to have the ability to start electrical items with his bare hands (car engines, light bulbs etc.) That's all I can remember apart from the fact he gets chased by some nefarious hoodlums. The chase culminates in a scrap yard and he finally loses his powers, I think.


    Any help would be apprieciated.
