    What's a good exercise for my body?
    Hi, I'm a girl , 14 . I'm 5'3 and 127lbs . Do you think I'm fat ? Answer it honestly please..
    And I'm wondering about my body .
    My upper body is fine, just my lower body, really huge .
    My thighs are so hugeeeee but I don't have a big butt , its flat . So I feel really suck
    They're touch each other , it makes me even worse .
    So, help me out guys?

    You are absolutely NOT fat!! You are a perfect weight for your height. If your worried about staying fit without bulking up, try walking and yoga, and maybe pilates. Being your age is tough enough without the pressure of body issues. Your young enjoy your life and don't worry!

    I have to agree with our new member winslette, although Pilates is not one of my favourite workouts as it puts too much strain on body parts.
