No to all of the above... I slept for 12 hours straight and hard to get up. Room would spin every time I turned over. I feel kind of like I'm walking on a boat today.

There could be a number of things wrong, one of which is an ear infection or other illness.

The diastolic pressure is kind of low but not in the real danger area. You might want to get yourself checked out so you can have this properly taken care of.
