Please tell me some simple, cheap and effective ways of growing 20cm in one week..

I am only 152cm, and everyone else in my class is 170cm...

At the age of 14 you should know that what you're asking is impossible.

Now, if you have a lot of money, you can have surgery. They will put pins in your legs that will stretch your bones and make you taller. It won't be nearly as much as 20cm, and it definitely won't happen in a week, more like years, with more than one surgery to achieve a few extra centimeters.

It's very expensive, and very painful. But if you're that unhappy with your height, that is an option. You'll need to see your doctor and be referred to a specialist in this field.

You could also just wait, since you're still growing. In fact, no doctor would perform the surgery until you're done growing. So either way, you'll have to wait. Not happening in a week.

My 15 year old son says "Eat healthy, and realize that your height is genetic. Whatever height you end up being, is the height you're genetically meant to be. Not everyone is going to be tall. But you're still growing, so give it time".

I always get teased and bullied about my height, and they say that it is because I don't eat, but I eat HEAPS and don't get fat or tall

Getting teased is a 2 way street. Laugh it off (not fake laughing, more of a snort) and you won't get it anymore.
The best retort is to just roll your eyes, sigh, and say 'that is so yesterday guys.' Or 'get a life' or 'got nothing better to do?' or 'what's the matter, some girl ditch you?'
If you let it get to you, they do it more and more. This is common!

Teens grow in spurts. Guys especially can grow really fast in a very short time, and they are often a bit later than girls. There is NO way to determine if and when and how much it will be.

Thank you for your help, but I have seen some ways of making yourself taller, but it is all so expensive, so I wondered if anyone would be able to help me out?

You actually think that total strangers might send you money? So that you can pay ridiculous amounts of it for painful surgery that you don't need?

Dream on. I have close male friends who never got more than a tiny bit taller than you are now, and you have 4 more YEARS to grow. They are fine people with wives and children and millions of friends.
