    blacklist
    Two time I apply for visit visa but dnr return my paper and saying blaklisted but I didn't have any violation in uae

    How do you know you are blacklisted? They already told you that you are. That means you are. There is nothing you can do about it... they have the right to deny anyone a VISA. It's their country.
