    I would not hire number one, not even consider, since they have an attendance issue, I even wonder why they still have the job.

    I would go with 4 because of degree and because they are serious.

    ** but not to down play this, unless that position gets promoted regularly, head cashier on a part time basis is more title only with little real management authority and normally very little extra money.
