I turn on my laptop the name screen show up ,the circle spin screen flicker goes dark to blue. Can't make the fn key or other function key work. Some of the function on key above f keys work curser work,disk drive door work but won't play hear turning sound.computer screen dark checked for screen pluged in vga screen and checked batteries both fine. Can hear the computer running hard drive light is running what is wrong computer 5 day out of warranty.I was trying to restore my computer to a early date before problem started. Help best buy want 69.00 to diagnose. Help!!
