    BSA, Inc management estimates that 67% of credit sales will be collected in the month of sale with a 1% prompt payment discount taken. The remainder of credit sales will be collected the following month. Last month BSA, Inc had $425,210 in cash sales and $735,586 in credit sales. This month, BSA, Inc expects cash sales of $506,740 and credit sales of 805,109. What is the estimated the balance in ending accounts receivable this month? Keep all decimal points until you round to the nearest $1 in your final answer.

    The ending balance in receivables will be 33% of this month's credit sales:
    805109*.33=265686
