    Suffering from disease
    salam.i am suffering from mental disorder OCD since some years.last 3 months have been very bad.in this disease i get repeated suicidal thoughts, i dont want to do this and i dont want to die but disease forces me to do this.can u help me how can i solve my problem i can't do work and study due to this mind is like preoccupied with this.i live in usa.help me.

    Start by making an appointment with a mental health professional. It won't cure itself... but medication and theripy will help a great deal.

    THen apparently the one you have now isn't right for you. You may have to change them several times to find the one that works best for you... every psycologist or psychiatrist has a unique style each of which my work better for certain patients than they will certain others. Same with medicatins... there is no one right medication or one doseage that will work for evryone... they try different ones and find which ones you respond to the best.
