    Reliability of Phosphatidylethanol Test
I had a Peth test level of 29, after having 3 drinks 3 weeks prior to the test. No other alcohol than that. How could that happen?

Alcohol, regardless of how you're exposed to it, will show up. This is from hand sanitizers, to alcohol containing food, to a great many things. There's hidden alcohol in a great number of things.
