Are you sure your battery is good (fully charged)? Make sure battery terminals and connections are clean.

If the battery is good and the engine doesn't turn over, you may have a bad starter motor. This may help you:

From your description, I think you are telling me the starter motor does "crank" the engine. Therefore, I'm not sure if I can really help you.

Well now I am being told it could be a relay...
I mean because they are saying it is turning over it isn't starting... so they said it can't be the starteR if when you turn the key the belts are moving and stuff... could it be the relay?

If you know someone who's knowledgeable about cars, have them read sections A and B below. There's enough information there that they should be able to identify and correct what's wrong.

Hard to tell from afar. It may be the starter or even unclean cable connections.

Sir I am no pro but been into hondas for years and to me it sounds like fuel pump relay possibly. It is buried way up in the dash above where your Hood release handle is. It's a 2"x3" box that says Matusaba and I think your fixed. Honda's are driven buy numerous relays and I have had a similar problem to yours:cool:
