    Worried
    I had an anxiety disorder and was treated and feel better sometimes when I lay down I have a feeling like I'm not breathing and I jump up gasping and feel dizzy for a brief second after jumping up I'm overweight but pretty healthy otherwise been losing weight back into old exercise rutines I'm just freaking out but it barley happens and I always sleep through the night

    There is no way we can diagnose what your problem my be via the internet. It could be anxiety, however you mention that you are overweight and this happens when you are lying down, so it could be apnea. It could be a heart condition.

    I suggest you discuss this with your doctor and get a complete physical as well as possibly a sleep study.
