    Evading police
    I recently got arested for evading and assault on a peace
    Officer however I wasn't driving the car and they have no
    Proof that I was in fact the driver unfortunately I'm being charged with all the these charges anyway can they do this

    Hello l:

    Sure. They can charge you with anything.. But, at trial, they have to PROVE it. If you weren't driving, plead not guilty, and hire a good lawyer.
