    Halloween kids movie from the early 90s?
    This is super random, but Halloween got me thinking about a movie I watched when I was little. It was animated, but I don't think cartoon. Stop animation? Not sure. Here are the random things I remember from it: there is a boy and girl and I think they go to some Halloween carnival. Candy corn is involved. And the girl sings this really catchy tune and I think it's about being yourself. It ends with like... "and say you can"

    So if anyone has any ideas, that would be awesome! I'm having a nostalgic moment here. Thanks!
