    Seven sheep make up 1/12 of a flock of sheep on a farm. Sheep make up 2/7 of all the animals on the farm.

    just rewrite the above statement in equations form and you will get the answer very simply (its not guessing!)

    7 = (1/12) * x... where x : flock of sheep on the farm
    Solve for x and you will get x = 84

    now the second part of the statement makes the other equation
    X = (2/7) * y... where y: all the animals of the farm (the answer you want)
    solve for y and you will get y = 294 animals

    so Ans: 294 animals
