    Lower abdominal pain
    Feels like poping in my lower stomach... it tightens for a few seconds also back pain fatigue nausea and dizzyness with bad headaches frequent urination

    What's poping? Popping? What does that feel like?

    A few of countless guesses before you get to a doctor: pregnant, appendicitis, urinary tract infection, prolapsed (sagging) uterus or bladder or bowel, possibly gall bladder although that's higher up, food allergy, stomach virus...
    Go see a doctor.

    I forgot hernia. That might cause the popping and tight feeling. Who knows, since I really have no idea what you are describing.
