    Parole and pending investigation
    My boyfriend got arrested and he is on parole ,they said it is pending investigation. When he tells his parole officer will then put him in jail ? Or will they wait util they actually charge him? I really appreciate any and all help asap because we need to get ready. I thank you ahead of your help! We live in hi. He is over 60 and very ill on top of everything worry he could not physically handel it .aloha.i asked the man who arested him and he said he is not connected to them?

    How was he "arrested" but not charged ? He was arrested and then released without charges being filed ?

    Normally they wait till a person is charged, normally you are charged when you are arrested ?

    It is up to the PO, his health normally is not considered

    If the PO thinks your boyfriend was involved in something, he doesn't have to wait till the investigation is complete.
