    How do I rescind a timeshare agreement. I have 4 days left to do it.

    Read the contract. It will spell it out in there or at least whom to contact. Please tell me you read the whole document before you signed it.

    Each state usually has cancellation rights / cooling off period of 3 - 7 days. Usually all you need to do is provide written notice to the seller that you are canceling the deal. But read the terms in the contract. It has to be in there. If you miss the deadline you are stuck with it unless you sell it, default, or whatever.

    Look for the term "cancellation rights" or something like that.

    Send them a letter, return receipt that you are cancelling the contract.
