    Probation drug/alcohol tests
    I volunteer at a health care facility, where I am required to use alcohol based hand sanitizer, will it affect my drug tests?

    Please don't repost, someone will get to you. We are just volunteers. Unless you bathe in it, limited skin absorption would not affect a test, most evaporates.

    Yes it can, but, you'd need to use a lot. One study says about 4 ounce per day.

    Still, it's something to think about.

    I use quite a bit, I handle sports equipment and such, I'm disabled so, I really need this in my life. I don't have a probation officer appointed to me yet, but, would they be able to distinguish between the sanitizer and consumsume?
