Pregnancy can only be diagnosed with a urine test, a blood test, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. It can not be diagnosed any other way. Since we can't access any of the ways to diagnose, we can't tell you if she's pregnant or not.
It is possible. No form of birth control is 100%, so any time you have sex, pregnancy is possible.
I would urge both of you to read the pamphlet that should have come with the morning after pill, specifically the section detailing the possible side effects of this pill.
She'll have to wait and see what happens, just like every other woman on the face of this Earth. She shouldn't test until her period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait and see what happens with her next one, and if that's missed, test again, or get a blood test done.
