    What State or Country are you located in? Many have State sponsored programs that are free.

    If you are so poor you can not afford the GED fees, first ask the GED center, second talk to your state welfare or social services case worker, often the programs are done though social serivces. Also some religious groups offer training programs, ( not the test fee) so talk to the religious group of your choice
