I'd get a restraining order against her... and make sure the details of the assulat... and the false accusations are made clear as the reason.

... I was jumped by five people in the hospital...
Hospitals can be dangerous places, I guess.

... I'm licensed to carry but don't carry at the bar...
As you may know, in many states a concealed carry permit doesn't allow you to carry a concealed weapon in a bar.

    ... what should I do [?]
    Stay away from these people.

I don't believe you can get a restraining order only on the basis of a false report filed by them. It has to be a threat of some kind.

I corrected your spelling but was scared to add punctuation for fear I would totally change your story.

Let's eat, Grandma. OR Let's eat Grandma.

    Punctuation saves lives.

I'd think being jumped should qualify for a restraining order?

Yes, good point. I figured the "plaintiff" (Not sure who has filed suit against OP.) was a different person than the 5 people who jumped OP at the hospital.

    Adding punctuation:

"I was a victim of a crime. I was jumped by five people. In the hospital for seven days. My jaw was broken in two spots."

I figured that was what OP was trying to say, but it was more fun the way I was interpreting it. Thanks for spoiling the fun.

There is not a lot you can do, if they keep calling in false reports, the police will figure it out some time.

Next even if gun on on you, carry your "carry permit" and next, not allow police to search you or the car without a warrant. Sorry but never just agree, you never know what someone may have put in your car.
