I Just Turned 15 & I Want A Tattoo, I Know I Would Have To Bring A Guardian But What Other Paperwork Of Any Sort Do I Need If Any?

Depending on where you are, you would need a parent to go with you IF you could find a place that would tattoo a kid. Many places simply will not do it. You can always wait 3 years... it's not that long.

Your parents will have to go in, places will check to see they are.
Many places will not even do it, even with parents OK. And in some places it is not even legal with parents OK. |
