A muslim sister she quarelled with her husband because he hard another girl .when they quarelled she went to her family stayed with them for three months and then the husband got maried to a christian girl and he drew on his back a tattoo.after three months they didn't met which other .after three month wrote on a paper that I allow her to get maried to another husband that she wants to get maried to.he gave the paper he wrote to her cousin to give her that paper.
The question is the written paper he gave it out. Is she supposed to count her edaat as she got the paper , or she already finished her edaat (she was away from him for three months and she got her monthly period three times) .second question about the tattoo does a muslim women allowed to be with a husband with the tattoo drowing.please advice.shukran jazaka ALLAAHU KHEIR.
