Can you get just a little more vague? Please tell me you are not an electrician.

To begin with 208 3 phase will kill you if you don't know what you are doing. So if you think that this is a simple DYI project you are wrong! Best suggestion I can give you is to get a licensed electrician to do this work.

With that said, are you installing the proper "Insinkerator" Control Panel for this model or are you planning on connecting just the "SS 200" model directly to an electrical source?

If you are connecting directly to a 208, 3 phase circuit then you need to begin by calculating the motor circuit using NEC 430 FLC tables to start sizing the conductors, protection equipment and required disconnects.

The actual phase conductor connections to the device are fairly straight forward and are covered within the "Service Manual" for this model.
