    Need foreclosure answer
    Your Question:

    I closed my business 2010 and went to work for army and filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy was paying $800 a month for 3 years. Gave house back to bank but bank getting money no foreclosure was done on house, in 2013 feb I was terminated as contractor for army so I filed chapter 7 it is finalized. I am unemployed . But house has not been forclosed, my wife inherited a different house from her father. Need advice to protect my wife if prior house is foreclosed on.

    Where - and is your wife on the first house's deed?

    Are you on the second deed?

    Did she file in bankruptcy?
